Standard Booking Terms and Conditions

 

1.1.   Super Tramp Plymouth Limited (“Super Tramp Plymouth”), Super Tramp Roborough Limited, trading as Super Tramp Sunderland (“Super Tramp”), Super Tramp Bodmin Limited (“Super Tramp Bodmin”) collectively referred to (Super Tramp) are suppliers of recreational services and facilities to you (the customer) including, but not strictly limited to, Trampolining, Basketball, Dodgeball, use of “The Wall”, Air Bag, Battle Beams and Soft Play (“Activity”).

1.2.  By purchasing entry for, or by using any of the facilities at Super Tramp, the customer agrees to be bound by these conditions.

1.3.  The customer acknowledges that the Activity at Super Tramp are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence, personal injury and sometimes death can occur. The customer assumes and accepts all such risks and hereby waives the right to any legal action against Super Tramp for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by, or relating to, the customer’s participation in such activities.

1.4.  The Customer acknowledges these Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation in any activity by the customer and any participant within their party and shall ensure that all members of their party are aware of and agree to be bound by this agreement.

1.5.  Super Tramp, its employees, directors and agents are not liable to you, your dependents or legal representatives for personal injury or death suffered by the customer due to the Activity not being supplied with due care and skill or not being reasonably fit for their purpose.

1.6.  Super Tramp does not accept responsibility for the loss of property or theft arising from the use of facilities. Money or valuables should therefore not be left unattended. Valuables can be deposited in our onsite locker facilities.

1.7.  Children must be at least 5 years of age to use the facilities and a waiver must be completed on your first visit by the accompanying parent or guardian. Each waiver will be valid for 12 months (clause 1.7 does not apply to those attending Tots Club or Family Bounce – see Tots Club and Family Bounce below).

1.8.  It is Super Tramp park policy that participants who are bouncing must wear Super Tramp branded grip socks at all times whilst using the equipment. These can be purchased from reception on arrival. Other brands of trampoline park socks are not permitted to be used or worn at any time in any session.

1.9.  Anyone using the Super Tramp park facilities aged 16 or over must have a waiver completed by themselves or a consenting adult (18+) at the point of check-in.

1.10. Anyone using the Super Tramp park facilities aged 13 years or under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+ years) whilst in the park.

1.11. The weight limit for an individual participant is 17.5 Stone (111 Kilos). Super Tramp recommends that if you have any weight-related concerns, you should consult your health services provider and receive medical clearance before engaging in trampoline jumping at Super Tramp.

1.12. Whilst using Super Tramp facilities you consent to images and video being taken for security and/or promotional purposes of yourself, your children or of children for whom you are responsible.

1.13. The Company (“Super Tramp”) requests that its customers remain vigilant whilst using the trampoline park and report any suspicions they might have regarding the use of photographic equipment to a member of the company’s staff.

1.14. Once entry to Super Tramp has been purchased - both online and over the counter - it cannot be transferred or resold. Entry is valid only for the date and time shown and is void if tampered with.

1.15. If you purchase entry to use the trampolines or any other equipment or facilities at Super Tramp on behalf of another person, you and that other person both agree that you make the purchase as the authorised agent of that other person so that he/she will be bound by these conditions.

1.16. All bookings must be made by credit or debit card and will only be considered final when an email confirmation has been sent to the booking party.

1.17. Confirmation of your transaction will be sent to the nominated email address once your payment for the transaction has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days, please contact Super Tramp.

1.18. The customer shall be entitled to cancel a booking, subject to Super Tramp receiving such request for cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the date and time stated within the Booking Confirmation.

1.19. Super Tramp will allow the customer to re-schedule a booking provided the notice period within this clause has been given. However, should a booking be cancelled within 48 hours of a confirmed booking then no refund or alternate booking date shall be given.

1.20. Any refund due in accordance with these Terms and Conditions can only be made to the same debit or credit card used to make the booking, or if the card has subsequently expired, by bank transfer.

1.21. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

1.22. You and each member of your party will be required to complete our waiver before being allowed to undertake any activities at Super Tramp.

1.23. You may only cancel an order once it has been submitted and paid, even if a confirmation email from Super Tramp is still pending.

1.24 Price of the Activity

1.24.1 The prices of the Activity will be as quoted on Our Site at the time you submit a Booking. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of the Activity are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into Our Site. However please see clause 1.24.4. for what happens if We discover an error in the price of the Activity you have Booked.

1.24.2. Prices for Our Activity may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any Booking you have already made.

1.24.3 The price of the Activity includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the United Kingdom. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Booking and the date of performance of the Activity, We will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Activity in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

1.24.4 Our Site contains a large number of Activities. It is always possible that, despite Our reasonable efforts, some of the Activity on Our Site may be incorrectly priced. If We discover an error in the price of the Activity you have Booked We will contact you in writing to inform you of this error and We will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Activity at the correct price or cancelling your Booking. We will not process your Booking until We have your instructions. If We are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the Booking process, We will treat the Booking as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, We do not have to provide the Activity to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

1.25. The Super Tramp Parks website may provide links to third-party websites and the products or services of third-parties. Super Tramp is not responsible and is not liable in any way for third-party content provided on or through the website. Your access or use of the third-party sites is at your own risk.

1.26. Super Tramp reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Should this occur, as much notice as is available will be given.

1.27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

 

Trampolining Sessions Terms and Conditions

 

2.    General Bounce

2.1.  Participants must be aged 5 years old and over. No upper age limit applies.

2.2.  Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn at all times whilst using the trampoline equipment.

2.3.  In order to redeem Super Tramp’s offer to bounce for a second consecutive hour at half price, the customer may only redeem this against full-price sessions and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2.4  For any SEND customer wishing to attend any General Bounce session that is not the designated SEND or Support, they are required to purchase a full ticket price. We will, however, provide a designated carer with complimentary access to support them. Active participation for the support is permitted but all bouncers and carers will be required to purchase grip socks at £2.50pp.

 

3.    Family Bounce

3.1.  Participants are strictly aged 3-12 years old, with free entry included for one supervising adult aged 18+ with each 3 or 4-year-old.

3.2.  Please note that we require there to be a minimum of one supervising adult per two children aged 3-4 years old.

3.3.  Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn by every participant at all times whilst using the trampoline equipment.

 

4.    TOTS Club

4.1.  Tots Club is for young children, from walking age up to age four.

4.2.  Each child must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18+ at all times.

4.3.  Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn at all times by both the participating adult and child whilst using the trampoline equipment.

4.4.  The supervising adult may not switch part-way through a session with another adult to supervise. If the supervising adult wishes to swap throughout a session, both adults must pay for individual entry.

 

5.    Funky Friday

5.1. This session is strictly for ages 5 and over. No upper age limit applies.

5.2. Please note that the trampoline park will be darker than usual due to the ‘after-dark’ nature of the event.

5.3. Please note that whilst this is a fun event, customer safety is our number one priority; we ask that all attendees bounce with care.

5.4.  Please be aware that during the Funky Friday event, there will be loud music played throughout the duration of the night.

5.5. Please be aware that during Funky Friday, there may be strobe lighting and flash photography.

5.6. Please be reminded that children aged between 5 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. Please note that a supervising adult is not expected to take part in any activities, and can supervise from the on-site viewing gallery and café.

5.7. Children aged 13-15 years old can be left unsupervised within the facility once they have been checked in by a parent or guardian with a valid waiver signed.

5.8. Admissions for Funky Friday is £10.99 per person when pre-booked (phone booking or through the website). Admission without a pre-booking is £12.99 per person.

 

6.    Club Saturday

6.1.  This session is strictly for ages 5 and over. No upper age limit applies.

6.2.  Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn at all times whilst using the trampoline equipment.

6.3. Club Saturday has an ‘after dark’ nature to the event and as such, the disco lights are switched on and music turned up. Please note that strobe and flashing lights may be used.

6.4. Please note that whilst this is a fun event, customer safety is our number one priority; we ask that all attendees bounce with care.

6.5. Please be aware that during Club Saturday there will be loud music played throughout the duration of the night.

6.6.  Please be reminded that children aged between 5 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. Please note that a supervising adult is not expected to take part in any activities, and can supervise from the café.

6.7 . Admissions for Club Saturday is £10.99 per person when pre-booked (phone booking or through the website). Admission without a pre-booking is £12.99 per person.

 

7.    Super Sunday

7.1.  Participants must be aged 5 years old and over. No upper age limit applies.

7.2.  Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn at all times whilst using the trampoline equipment.

7.3.  Please be reminded that children aged between 5 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. Please note that a supervising adult is not expected to take part in any activities, and can supervise from the on-site viewing gallery and café.

7.5.  Admissions for Super Sunday is £8.99 per person when pre-booked (phone booking or through the website). Admission without a pre-booking is £10.99 per person.

 

8. After-School Club

8.1.   A maximum of x4 After School Club tickets can be purchased per customer.

8.2.   Participants must be aged 5-17 years old.

8.3.   Children aged between 5 and 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

8.4.  Children aged 13-15 can attend without a supervising adult subject to a valid waiver being signed by a responsible adult prior to check-in.

8.5.  Waivers must be signed by a supervising adult aged 18+ for those under the age of 16. Bouncers aged 16 and 17 can sign their own waiver.

8.6.  The supervising adult does not receive a meal or merchandise deal.

8.7.   After School Club cannot be used as a substitute for birthday parties.

8.8. Bounce and Hot Dog Meal Deal: includes 1 x one-hour bounce, one hot dog and one promo (7oz) Slush drink.

8.9.  Admissions for the After School Club is £9.99 per person when pre-booked (phone booking or through the website). Admission without a pre-booking is £11.99 per person.

 

9. Family Bounce After School Club

9.1. A maximum of x4 Family Bounce After School Club tickets can be purchased per customer.

9.2. Participants must be aged 3-12 years old.

9.3. One supervising adult aged 18+ is included free of charge with each child aged 3-4 years old.

9.4. The free adult may only participate in the bounce to supervise and does not include a meal deal.

9.5. Please note that we require there to be a minimum of one supervising adult for every two children under the age of 5 years.

9.6. Family Bounce After School Club cannot be used as a substitute for birthday parties.

9.7. Bounce and Hot Dog Meal Deal: includes 1 x one-hour bounce, one hot dog and one promo (7oz) Slush drink.

9.8. Admissions for the After School Club is £9.99 per person when pre-booked (phone booking or through the website). Admission without a pre-booking is £11.99 per person.

 

10. SEND

10.1. SEND is a session strictly for children and adults with additional needs to bounce with the support of their carer or parent.

10.2. Admittance includes one free adult (18+) or carer who must be wearing Super Tramp grip-socks whilst supervising on the trampoline equipment.

10.3. No upper or lower age restriction applies to this session.

10.4. The supervising carer must display or hold a valid ID card/badge.

 

11. Support

11.1. This is an inclusive session run for SEND individuals who wish to attend and participate with friends and/or family members.

11.2. The session is open to anyone, with one free parent or carer allowed access to the trampolines with each customer with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

11.3. Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn by every participant at all times whilst using the trampoline equipment.

 

12.  Academy (Plymouth Only)

12.1. Academy is a tailored, instructor-led session run by British Gymnastics qualified instructors.

12.2. Sessions run weekly and coincide with the school term in a block that is payable in full and upfront. The number of sessions per term is dependent on how many weeks there are in the school term.

12.3. Academy is available by booking in advance only.

12.4. During sessions there are up to 9 bouncers per instructor.

12.5. Current Academy attendees are offered first refusal each time a new term begins. If we do not have any spaces available, customers are offered a space on our waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis.

12.6. Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn at all times whilst using the trampoline equipment.

12.7. Academy is for children aged 5 years old and over; no upper age limit applies although Academy is organised so that children of similar ages attend the same group where possible.

12.8. If a participant cannot make a scheduled session, they are not permitted to swap sessions with another Academy member without prior consent from Super Tramp. Super Tramp is not obliged to grant a swap and if agreed, is ultimately down to the managers’ discretion.

12.9. If an Academy member cannot make a scheduled session, it cannot be exchanged, refunded, issued in gift vouchers or transferred for use in another session.

12.10. If an Academy member cannot make a scheduled session, you must inform a member of the Super Tramp Plymouth staff at the earliest possible opportunity, either by phone, email/contact form or on-site.

 

13. Open Jump

13.1 Participants are strictly aged 1-17 years old, with free entry included for one supervising adult aged 18+ with each 1 or 4-year-old.

13.2. Open Jump is one 1 hour of trampolining followed by Soft Play for age-applicable participants

Usual Soft Play terms apply which can be found in section 21

4.2.  Each child must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18+ at all times.

4.3.  Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn at all times by both the participating adult and child whilst using the trampoline equipment.

 

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

 

14. Super Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL PARTY TYPES (WALLABY, KANGAROO, AND BOOMER IN GENERAL BOUNCE & FAMILY BOUNCE SESSIONS)

 

14.1 Customers wishing to hold a birthday party at Super Tramp must have purchased one of our party packages.

14.2. All party bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

14.3. A customer may make requests to add guests to a booking provided that at least 2 days’ notice is given. Requests for additional guests are subject to availability at the time of the request.

14.4. Should a customer wish to lower the number of guests, a minimum of 2 days’ notice prior to the booking date must be given.

14.5. If the number of guests reduces below the minimum requirement of 5, the customer will still be required to pay for 5 guests. No gift vouchers or alternatives shall be offered in exchange for the guests no longer attending.

14.6. In the event of a joint birthday party, a maximum of two free bounce vouchers will be presented per booking, where applicable (Boomer package only).

14.8. Requests to cancel an entire booking require up to 14 days’ notice of which a full refund shall be given. If notified with less than 14 days but more than 7 days’ notice of a cancellation, the customer will be offered a date transfer or issued gift vouchers to the value paid. Any requests for full cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice will be non-refundable and no transfer or vouchers will be offered.

14.9. Should a customer wish to make amendments to their party food choice, a minimum of 7 clear days’ notice must be provided. In the event that Super Tramp is required to cater for a specific dietary requirement, this must be communicated at the time of booking to ensure that these requirements are met where possible. Super Tramp must be notified of any dietary requirements no later than 7 days prior to the booking.

14.10. Failure to provide adequate notice of any changes to dietary requirements may lead to an inability to supply said requirements.

14.11. The customer shall be required to present themselves to a member of staff on arrival no later than 30 minutes prior to the confirmed bounce time. Should the party or any guests arrive late then no extra time shall be offered to those who fail to arrive at the stated start time. The latecomers shall begin their session following the necessary check-in procedures and safety briefing.

14.12. It is the responsibility of the customer and their guests to ensure that they arrive 30 minutes before the bounce time stated on the Booking Confirmation to allow sufficient time to check-in and for safety briefings.

14.13. Super Tramp reserve the right to refuse admission for any late arrival and the Company shall not be obliged to offer any refund, transfer or compensation in such circumstances.

 

Super Birthday Parties in Family Bounce

 

14.14. Parties in Family Bounce sessions are strictly for children aged a minimum of 3 years old and a maximum of 12 years old.

14.15. All children aged 3 and 4 years old must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over. The supervising adult is admitted to entry free of charge. The supervising adult must be the same adult throughout the session and may not swap with another adult part way through a session.

14.16. There must be a minimum of one supervising adult for every two children aged 3 and 4 years old.

 

15. TOTS Party (Joey Package)

15.1. Tots Parties are strictly for children from walking age to 4 years old. Usual ‘Tots Club’ terms and conditions apply.

15.2. One supervising adult (age 18+) is admitted free of charge for each child under five; this must be the same adult and the supervising adult cannot be swapped halfway through the session.

15.3. There must be a minimum of one supervising adult for every two children.

15.4. Tots Parties include an age-appropriate Party Snack Box instead of pizzas or hotdogs which are offered to those aged five years old and upwards.

15.5. Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn by both the participating adult and child at all times whilst using the trampolines.

15.6. Super Tramp grip-socks are not included in the package and must be purchased at reception for £2.50 per pair for any party attendees who do not already own a pair of Super Tramp grip-socks.

15.7. Tots Parties can only be held during timetabled Tots Sessions.

16. SEND Party

16.1. SEND Parties can be held during timetabled SEND & Support Sessions.

16.2. Certain features of the party can be opted out of at the request of the party holder (i.e. no birthday shout-out required or no dodgeball game wanted).

16.3. No price reduction is offered if party features are excluded at the request of the customer.

16.4. One supervising adult or carer is included free of charge for every guest with additional needs.

16.5. Any friends/family without additional needs can come as party guests.

16.6. Super Tramp grip-socks must be worn by all partygoers including supporting adults and/or carers.

Usual SEND & Support terms apply which can be found in section 10 & 11

 

17. Club Night Parties

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL CLUB NIGHT SESSIONS (FUNKY FRIDAY/CLUB FRIDAY, SUPER SATURDAY/CLUB SATURDAY & SUPER SUNDAY)

 

17.1. Club Night Parties are strictly for ages 5+ (no upper age limit applies).

17.2. Super Tramp grip socks must be worn at all times whilst using the trampoline park equipment. Please note that socks are not included within the Wallaby package and must be purchased separately. 

17.3. Food can only be served between 6.45-7:45pm.

17.4. Hire of your private party room is available strictly between 6:45-8pm.

Usual Funky Friday/Club Friday, Club Saturday/Super Saturday & Super Sunday terms apply which can be found in sections 5, 6 & 7.

 

Super Tramp Passes/Memberships Terms and Conditions

 

18. 14-Day & 30-Day Passes

18.1.1. The 14-Day Pass is valid for 14 two-hour jump (28 hours in total) sessions from point of activation.

18.1.2. The 30-Day Pass is valid for 30 two-hour jump (60 hours in total) sessions from point of activation.

18.2.1. The 14-Day Pass is valid for 14 consecutive days from point of activation/redemption, including the day of activation.

18.2.2 The 30-Day Pass is valid for 30 consecutive days from point of activation/redemption, including the day of activation.

18.3. Passes are considered activated once redeemed for the first use.

18.4. Entitles pass-holder to a maximum of two-hour bounces per day, per pass-holder.

18.5. Valid in General Bounce, Family Bounce & After School Club (bounce only ticket) sessions only; excludes classes, parties and all other activities.

18.6. Where the pass-holder is aged 3/4 years and redeeming their pass in a Family Bounce session, they will require one adult (18 years +) to participate in the session to supervise them for the duration. Admission for the supervising adult is included free of charge with the pass-holder.

18.7. Super Tramp grip-socks are not included with the pass.

18.8. No cash equivalent.

18.9. Non-transferable; pass can be redeemed by one customer, the pass-holder, only.

18.10. Super Tramp reserves the right to remove any customer’s Pass if any of the above rules are contravened or not strictly adhered to.

18.11. The Pass must be activated within 12 months from date of purchase.

 

19. TOTS Pass

19.1  Valid for unlimited entry to Tots Club sessions only, for 30 consecutive days from the date of activation. 

19.2. The Pass is considered activated once redeemed for the first use.

19.3. The Tots Pass is valid only for the same child (the Pass-holder) and a supervising adult (18 years +) throughout the validity period; it cannot be redeemed by any person other than the pass-holder.

19.4. Can be used for Tots club per day, 2 hr mid-week and 1 hr on weekend.

19.5. Super Tramp grip-socks are not included with the pass. They are priced at £2.50.

19.5. No cash equivalent.

19.6. Non-transferable; Any unused sessions that are not redeemed within the 30 days cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred into gift vouchers.

19.7. Super Tramp reserves the right to remove any customers’ Tots Pass if any of the above rules are contravened.

19.8. The Pass must be activated within 12 months from date of purchase.

 

20. Summer Holidays Pass

20.1. Valid during the ‘Summer Holidays’, as stated on the local .gov.uk websites.

20.2. Entitles pass-holder to a maximum two-hour bounces per day, per pass-holder.

20.3. Valid in General Bounce Family Bounce sessions only; excludes classes, parties and all other activities.

20.4. Super Tramp grip-socks are not included with the pass.

20.5. No cash equivalent.

20.6. Non-transferable; the Super Tramp Summer Holiday Pass can be redeemed by one customer - the pass-holder - only.

20.7. Super Tramp reserves the right to remove any customers’ Summer Holiday Pass if any of the above rules are contravened.

20.8. The Pass must be activated within 12 months from date of purchase.

 

Soft Play Terms and Conditions

Bodmin only

 

21. Participants must be aged 1-10 years old.

21.1. All children must be accompanied on-site by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over).

21.2. Accompanying adults are solely responsible for supervising their children and this is not the responsibility of Super Tramp staff.

21.3. For hygiene reasons, shoes must be removed before entering the play areas and socks MUST be worn at all times by adults and children. If you do not have socks, these are available to purchase at our reception.

21.4. Customers get allotted a 2-hour period of play at Super Tramp.

 

Gift Cards and Gift Tins Terms and Conditions

 

22. Gift Tins

22.1. Gift Tin vouchers can be redeemed at any Super Tramp park.

22.2. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced unless it has a valid code on the back which proves purchase and bounces still remaining on it.

22.3. You must be present with this voucher when you want to redeem entries to Super Tramp.

22.4. The gift card will expire 12 months after purchase, without notice, and any remaining entries remaining on the voucher after this date will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed.

22.5. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given.

22.6. The number of entries to a Super Tramp Park that this card permits is stated on the front of the card. The remaining number of bounces (if a multi-pass) are indicated on the back.

22.7. Gift Tin Passes can only be redeemed in General Bounce, Family Bounce and After School Club (bounce only ticket) sessions.

 

23. Gift Cards

23.1. Super Tramp Plymouth, Super Tramp Sunderland and Super Tramp Bodmin (collectively herein called Super Tramp) Gift Cards/Vouchers can be used to purchase goods or services at Super Tramp or online at www.supertrampparks.co.uk.

23.2. Protect this card and treat it as cash; lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced.

23.3. You must be present with your Super Tramp Gift Card when you make purchases at Super Tramp.

23.4. This gift card will expire 12 months after purchase, without notice, and any remaining balance will be non-refundable.

23.5. Gift Cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10 and a maximum value of £100.

23.6. This card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given, but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.

23.7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Super Tramp is final.

23.8. Super Tramp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

 

Discount Code Terms and Conditions

 

24. Blue Light Discount (applies to; Emergency services, NHS & Military services

Emergency services staff members and military personnel are eligible for a 10% discount on using code “services”. This discount is valid on full-priced sessions only and a valid ID card must be shown on arrival.

24.1. Can be redeemed against full-price sessions only - General Bounce, Family Bounce and Tots Club, by using the code “services”. Cannot be redeemed against any other session type, grip socks, in-store purchases or birthday parties. 

24.2. Discount can be applied to one single booking for a maximum of 4 people, for the badge/card holder and three card holders.

 

25. Student Discount

Students are eligible for a 50% discount on using code “student”. This discount is valid on full-priced sessions only and a valid ID card must be shown on arrival.

26. We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you submit a Booking Form to Us, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 05/04/2023.

26.1. Every time you make a Booking on our site, the Terms in force at the time of your Booking will apply to the Contract between you and us.

26.2. If we have to revise these Terms as they apply to your Booking, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the Contract if you are not happy with the changes. You may cancel either in respect of all the affected Activity or just the Activity you have yet to receive. If you opt to cancel, we will arrange a full refund of the price you have paid.
